Equine therapy provides the opportunity to deepen your therapeutic experience. While all sessions are using a targeted and therapeutic approach, Equine therapy incorporates the use of Horses to help facilitate the therapy session.

We can help you with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management. We also see great success when treating individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, and more.  Our therapists will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.

We are in network with the following insurances:

• Optum
• Tricare

Sessions range from $160 - $180 per 50 minutes. For more specific cost questions, please contact our team directly.

The frequency of counseling sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.

We have partnered with two incredible, local farms for our equine therapy. Discovery Stable in Madison and Last Chance Ranch in Bethpage. Sessions are at each location, by appointment only. We also have an office location in Hendersonville.
